Murcia San Javier:
Murcia San Javier is the closest airport to Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort. Most airlines list it simply as "Murcia".
The airport itself is just outside of the coastal town of San Javier and the total journey time to the apartment is a
maximum of 20 minutes at a nice casual drive pace. Murcia San Javier is a small airport and extremely easy to get
in and out of with none of the queue's you get at the likes of Alicante.
The car hire companies have their offices in the main arrivals hall close to the only two baggage carousels or you are
transported to there offices just down the road by mini bus and return you back to the airport for your journey home.
Most of the low cost airlines now fly regular flights into Murcia from the UK. The list below was correct at the time

Alicante:
The main airport for the Costa Blanca is roughly 50 minutes drive north of Murcia San Javier airport and around
an hours drive to the apartment. Again a lot of the low cost airlines have regular flights to Alicante from the UK.....
