The two bedrooms ( Sleeps maximum of four ) have two single beds..each bed as extra storage underneath by lifting the handle at the end of the bed...
The bathroom comprises a white four piece set, bath with over head shower and curtain, sink, wc and bidet...
It has a very comfortable lounge with dining area , complete with a 32 inch LCD TV (including English channels) and dvd player....
• General: Central Heating, Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge with remote controls.
• Utilities: Dishwasher,Cooker Hob,Microwave,Fridge,Freezer,Washing machine and Clothes dryer...
• Standard: Kettle,Toaster,Hair dryer,Iron, etc..etc....
• Outdoors: The large adjoining terrace faces north so you can sit outside all day without getting burnt and gives a view down the golf course towards the club house,over looking the 16 th fairway and adjoining the 11 th the other way,Shared outside pool( unheated) including children’s pool, 4 sun loungers provided and a picnic box for the beach..
• Safety Aids: A first aid kit, fire extinguisher, fire blanket,smoke alarm,carbon monoxide alarm,oak front door with security spy hole,telecom answering system and a Safe are provided..
• Access: There is a underground garage (I will supply remote door key) with parking for one car per apartment, stairs or lift take you directly to the apartment, There are plenty of roadside parking available if required...
• The remote garage key must be returned at the end of your stay or there will be a charge of £60 out of the refundable security deposit...

• Swimming pool: A Large blue tiled swimming pool with seating ledge and shelving steps for entry and exit , just 40 yards away with ample space for sun loungers and chairs

• A good size 5 seater sofa, LCD TV with digital channels. Please bring a selection of dvd’s and watch your favourite movies in the evening...the telephone enables internal calls to be made inside the resort, plus calls to all the other resorts, plus booking tables at polaris world only restaurants.
